Around Thanksgiving, Costco sells giant bags of fresh cranberries for the same price or cheaper than the small bags in the grocery store. I really like the Spiced Cranberry Sauce that I often make with them, but that doesn't use that many cranberries. Searching for recipes involving fresh cranberries, I ran across one for Cranberry Apple Crisp. Success! The result is very tasty, but incredibly sweet. Next time, I'll cut the sugar in the body of the crisp to 1 cup.

After making and eating the very tasty White Bean Tapenade, I had some leftover pita. Fortunately, I found a very tasty recipe that happened to use pita: Greek Salad Pita Sandwiches. This is a very tasty mix that I think will be better after it sits overnight. It has a similar flavor to the Tuna Salad with Olives, Orange, and Bell Pepper but that's probably just because they share several ingredients. And it's okay by me since I find them both very tasty!

The last few weeks have been full of food successes!
