2 10-oz packages frozen chopped swiss chard (or use more spinach instead of chard)
3 large eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
pinch nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
6 ounces grated extra-sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Defrost spinach and swiss chard. Pour of excess water and squeeze dry.
In a large bowl, mix spinach, swiss chard, eggs, sour cream, and nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper. Spread in a buttered shallow baking dish. Top with cheese.
