Nutty Fruit Spread
This is straight out of a Betty Crocker cookbook, but it's very yummy. I make it with the liqueur and have gotten praise on its flavor. Makes about 1 1/2 cups spread; 55 Calories per tablespoon.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons orange-flavoured liqueur or orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup diced dried fruits and raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped honey roasted nuts
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Spoon into serving dish.
- Cover and refigerate about 1 hour or until firm.
- Serve with fruit slices or assorted crackers if desired.
