Nutty Fruit Spread

This is straight out of a Betty Crocker cookbook, but it's very yummy. I make it with the liqueur and have gotten praise on its flavor. Makes about 1 1/2 cups spread; 55 Calories per tablespoon.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons orange-flavoured liqueur or orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup diced dried fruits and raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped honey roasted nuts

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Spoon into serving dish.
  3. Cover and refigerate about 1 hour or until firm.
  4. Serve with fruit slices or assorted crackers if desired.
