Nacho Beef Cassarole
Like the ChiliTacoDip, this looks very unappetizing, but it's very tasty. This is also much more of a main course than that dip.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups Chunky salsa
- 1 10-oz. can Whole kernel corn, drained
- 3/4 cup Mayonaise
- 1 tsp. Chili powder
- 2 cups Crushed tortilla chips
- 2 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or colby)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown ground beef in a large sauce pan over medium-high heat to a crumble.
- Remove from heat and drain fat, if desired.
- Stir in chili powder.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
