Nacho Beef Cassarole

Like the ChiliTacoDip, this looks very unappetizing, but it's very tasty. This is also much more of a main course than that dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups Chunky salsa
  • 1 10-oz. can Whole kernel corn, drained
  • 3/4 cup Mayonaise
  • 1 tsp. Chili powder
  • 2 cups Crushed tortilla chips
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or colby)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown ground beef in a large sauce pan over medium-high heat to a crumble.
  3. Remove from heat and drain fat, if desired.
  4. Stir in chili powder.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  6. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
