Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp paprika, or more to taste
  • Garlic salt, to taste
  • 1 can mushrooms (un-drained)
  • 1 can mushroom soup (un-diluted)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Milk to thin, if necessary
  • Cooked egg noodles

Directions

  1. Saute onions in a large skillet over medium heat until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Drain off fat.
  4. Add flour, pepper, paprika, garlic salt, and mushrooms.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  6. Add mushroom soup and sour cream. Add milk, if necessary. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve atop noodles.
