Dutch Baby
This makes a very large pancacke/muffin that will easily feed 2 people.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Drop eggs into a blender. Slowly add milk and vanilla. Add flour, salt, and sugar. Blend for a minute.
- Put butter in a dutch oven or other heavy high-sided pan and place in oven until the butter starts to sizzle.
- Pour mixture into pan. Put pan into oven and bake 10-25 minutes until puffed high and cooked through.
