Chili Taco Dip

This dip is very tasty, but looks gross.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg. Velveeta (the big rectangular one, not the cute tiny one)
  • 1 can tomatoes with green chillies
  • 1 can enchalada sauce
  • 1 can refried beans

Directions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain the fat. (If you don't have a crock-pot, brown the beef in a large dutch oven instead.)
  2. Put the ground beef in a crock-pot or large dutch oven.
  3. Mix in the seasoning mix.
  4. Cut up the velveeta into cubes to help it melt more evenly and add it to the pot.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
  6. Let the mixture simmer on the stove, or on low in the crock-pot, for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
