Chili Taco Dip
This dip is very tasty, but looks gross.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 pkg. Velveeta (the big rectangular one, not the cute tiny one)
- 1 can tomatoes with green chillies
- 1 can enchalada sauce
- 1 can refried beans
Directions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain the fat. (If you don't have a crock-pot, brown the beef in a large dutch oven instead.)
- Put the ground beef in a crock-pot or large dutch oven.
- Mix in the seasoning mix.
- Cut up the velveeta into cubes to help it melt more evenly and add it to the pot.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
- Let the mixture simmer on the stove, or on low in the crock-pot, for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.
- Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
