Carrot Raisin Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1 cup crushed unsweetened pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 8 ounces plain yogurt

Directions

  1. Combine carrots, pineapple, and raisins; mix well. Chill for 2-3 hours.
  2. Stir in yogurt and serve.
